Given by Kettenacker to Bonifatius Amerbach in 1510 (as documented on the back wrapper: 'Ambrosius Ketenacker Dono dedit Bonifacio Amorbachio Basiliensi hos libellulos quatuor Anno M D X'. Possibly later in the possession of Hans Kotter.
