double always 1-88v During the ruling of staves, the first, second, seventh and eighth staves were all indented, by between 25-40mm. However, during the copying of text/music, many of these indents were filled in (particularly ff. 1r-36r, 62v-64r), leaving the first stave indented, and sometimes the seventh or eighth staves. Some of the longer indentations were also reduced in size, leaving a smaller indent (e.g. f. 6r).
