Notes:

Perhaps one of the two manuscripts ordered by Maximilian I in 1511 which might be identical with the choirbook listed in Margaret's 1523 inventory as a gift from Maximilian, beginning with La Rue's Missa de Sancta Anna (Schreurs 1999, 17; Margaret's letter from 7 March 1511 cited by Schreurs does not relate to the same manuscript but concerns a present from Margaret to Maximilian).
